Rodrigo has a laundry list of fears, and most of them are adorable.  He's afraid of baby gates, brooms, and a cleaned or re-arranged garage.  Yep, you read that right.  J used to fix up TransAms and BMWs, and when he started his business this summer, he sold all of the cars and parts.  Rodrigo took one look at our clean and organized garage, backed up and ran to another room.  Nope!  He wasn't having it.  I had to walk with him, while he was glued to my side, around the garage before he gave his okay.  Now he doesn't care.  Adorable.
cbdMD dog treats are a better deal when compared to what I spent on veterinarian appointments and prescription medication before I knew that Rodrigo was a candidate for natural solutions.  The first time I gave him prescription medication, he spaced out, slipped out the door at night, and got lost in the woods while fireworks were going off around us.  I found him, but these were the scariest moments I've had with him.  With these CBD dog treats, he was sleeping peacefully 30 minutes after having a snack despite the fireworks.
We received a bag of cbdMD dog treats along with CBD oil and other products in exchange for our honest thoughts.  What surprised me was that cbdMD offers dog treats in various strengths, so I requested 750 mg dog treats (I'm used to 200 mg).  And they worked – I saw a difference within 30 minutes.  The first time the dogs tried their new dog treats by cbdMD, I was sitting in my office, fireworks were STILL going off two weeks after the Fourth of July and Rodrigo was panting and trying to get as close to me as possible.
Cannabis-based products help mitigate some of the symptoms associated with cancer such as nausea, loss of appetite, or chronic pain. No owner wants to see their pet deal with the side effects that come with a cancer diagnosis. Pet parents are seeing great results with CBD products because it’s helping their pets feel more comfortable during these difficult times.

That is why your pet’s mental and physical state are both major factors to their overall health and well-being. Now how can you ensure optimal mental and physical health for your pet? This goal goes far beyond daily exercise and occasional playtime. The nutritional intake of your pet is one of the most crucial components for their total health and longevity. Having a good dog food formula is important, but you should also feed your dog healthy dog treats as well.
More and more pet parents are turning to a key component of marijuana derivatives in order to bring some much needed relief to their anxious, sick, or aging pups. CBD, phytocannabinoid, and hemp oil have all been used and recommended to people for years, and more recently several state governments have approved their use as medicine. A few new companies are focusing on providing CBD for dogs in order to live a better quality of life without the need to load up on pharmaceutical pain killers and calming products.

The company also promises that they used organic, plant-based products in all of their recipes, and they have also introduced a line known as MaxHemp. Items in the MaxHemp line supposedly have higher levels of hemp and terpenes and are also more easily absorbed by your pet’s body. And, to help pet parents find the right product to best meet their dogs needs, the company website has a handy ailment guide, where interested users can simply click on the ailment that is afflicting their pup, and be brought to a helpful page that explains why hemp products can help remedy the situation.
Cannabidiol (CBD) interacts with receptors in the brain, central nervous system, and organs and acts as an anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting agent. There are a number of reasons why your pup would need an anti-inflammatory agent. Whether it’s to aid in post-operative care or alleviate pain associated with illness or disease, CBD has been proven to fight inflammation in dogs (and people).

My female pitbull momma and her puppies have suffered a severe trauma involving the suicide of my “husband”, their pack leader. They were present when he shot himself and were there truing to get him up and stayed by his side for afloat 2 hours before i got home… licking ands nudging at him… laying by his side crying when i got home. We were displaced for biohazard cleanup and obvious reasons but the dogs remained in the home… they lay in his spot where he wad discovered as are very distant from each other at times, aggressive more than normal, visually depressed, crying and whining… I was told to try puppy pot pulls but unsure of the type to purchase. I love in Arizona and honestly, not to worried if its legal. Due to the unexpectedly/untimely death and financial obligations, i can’t afford any type of training/grieving therapy. What would you recommend? There are 3 puppies and one momma. Puppies are 5.5 months (9/30/17) and about 42-46 pounds and mom is 3 years old (9/22/14) and about 49 pounds. All haves shots, very checked regularly… 100% full bred pit bulls. Any advice is welcomed as long ad is positive and helpful. No negative contents please as this is a very sensitive subject already and my fur-babies are vey important to me. https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/4966652a3d01673fcd0799182c36665e895478eeddbb4065b59bc0f4f813fcbe.jpg

Marijuana, of course, is only one product of cannabis. Sources vary on the exact number, but cannabidiol, or CBD, is one of among 60 to over 100 distinct chemical compounds — called cannabinoids as a group — that can be derived from the plant. Acting on receptors in the brain, cannabidiol has proven effective in alleviating symptoms of human nervous system disorders, from multiple sclerosis to epilepsy.
All warm blooded creatures have an endocannabinoid system (ECS). The ECS is included in verging on each framework in you and your pet’s body. – cardiovascular, absorption, unwinding, and even the subjective and memory capacities. The ECS is likewise a key variable in the mammalian body’s mitigating endeavors. The ECS is controlled by receptors, which researchers call the CB1 and CB2 receptors.

CBD is not toxic, not habit forming and not psychoactive.  Although CBD is derived from the hemp plant, it is not marijuana and does not get your pet “Stoned” or “Intoxicated”. CBD does not interfere or interact negatively with any of your pet’s ongoing medications or drugs. CBD possesses many healing properties and is safe to use. Elderly or aging pets benefit the most from the effects of CBD.
Some veterinarians have even used industrial hemp products (derived from none other than the hemp plant). For instance, there is a cbd hemp oil, called Hempworx CBD oil, that is considered a popular pick to assist during post-operative care. Pet Releaf is another popular CBD hemp oil on the market. What’s more? Hemp seed oil is loaded with essential fatty acids, omega-6s and omega-3s. It’s a win-win!

All available evidence indicates that long-term use of Hemp Treats causes no long-term side effects. However, Hemp CBD has only truly been available for pets for the last few years, so there is of course still time to find an issue. However, phytocannabinoids work naturally in the body because they act like self-created cannabinoids — they can increase their concentrations, as well as attach to the same receptors.

The use of cannabis-based medicine will continue to develop, and what people need now is assurance that the effects of the cannabis products will not harm their beloved pets. There is much misinformation in the public sphere, and the most important thing is to get everyone to understand the promising medicinal benefits that CBD can provide to pets. Cannabis is not going away anytime soon, and pet owners should consider all sides of the issue when thinking about giving CBD products to the furry friend in their life.

Several companies have already managed to stand out from the pack and make a name for themselves. We happened to see a few of these companies at the 2018 Global Pet Expo in Florida and learned about the products and their effectiveness right from the source. If you’re considering trying CBD oils for dogs or hemp dog treats, I strongly recommend starting with the following companies, each of which provide unique products.

And then, finally, there is also a significant body of research that suggests CBD can be helpful in fighting cancer and getting rid of tumors. Of course, nothing has come forward to state for sure that CBD will cure cancer, but we do know that it is helpful in treating the nausea, loss of appetite, and pain that can result from the cruel disease and the often harsh treatments we now have for it.
And then, of course, there are the more urgent medical conditions that might make CBD a necessity. Studies have shown that CBD is an especially effective way to treat epilepsy, and when given to epileptic dogs it can help to improve their quality of life dramatically. The research available suggests that not only can a steady CBD treatment reduce the number of seizures and epileptic dog experiences, but it can, in time, even get rid of them all together. More evidence is needed before a definitive statement can be made regarding that, but everything we know now certainly looks promising.
The CBD dog treats that my dogs tried are $60 a bag for 30 dog treats. Wow! That's a lot of money and something that I wouldn't even THINK of spending five years ago.  I will buy a bag of these treats for Rodrigo.  Today, I look at this as a steal because the treats work, the company use quality, safe, natural ingredients, and I don't worry about long-term side effects.
Each of these no-nonsense biscuits contains 4mg of CBD. There are only five ingredients involved in their making, which is so straightforward and simple that you probably could make them on your own for much cheaper. But you probably won’t (I’m a devoted dog mom too, but I don’t have time to DIY everything), and if you’re looking for nothing but CBD with an appetizing bacon flavor to please your pupper, here you go.
