Hemp’s natural THC levels are safe as is, but with safe and common breeding & farming practices, hemp’s THC content can be lowered to non-exist levels (0.3% or less). This gives it the legal definition “industrial hemp” which can be legally purchased and used in all 50 states, as well as in most of the world.
