As an existing customer, we called on Sunday for an emergency fill up (which shouldn't be needed as we're signed up for their automatic delivery). No one showed, no one showed, and we continued to call to check in on an estimated delivery time. Customer service could not provide an estimated delivery time and when they did, no one showed to deliver the oil. Their prices are low, but the service is poor.  We will be searching for another company ASAP.
AKA-HOP Energy, Valley Oil and who knows what other names they do their dirty scamming under.Had a contract and still got gouged. Better Business Bureau has 128 complaints on just one of the names they use..Valley Oil! I don't know how the heck they are still in business. The Hartford Courant wrote them up in 2009. I thought I was a pretty savvy shopper. Well, word of mouth can kill a company. I hope it works in this case.

Hash oil, also known as honey oil or cannabis oil, is an oleoresin obtained by the extraction of cannabis or hashish. It is a concentrated form of the plant containing many of its resins and terpenes – in particular, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiol (CBD), and other cannabinoids. There are various extraction methods, most involving a solvent, such as butane or ethanol. Hash oil is usually consumed by smoking, vaporizing or eating. Hash oil may be sold in cartridges used with pen vaporizers. Preparations of hash oil may be solid or colloidal depending on both production method and temperature and are usually identified by their appearance or characteristics. Range of color, most commonly golden to light brown, can vary from transparent to yellow, to tan or black. Cannabis retailers in California have reported about 40% of their sales are from cannabis oils.[1]
Why support the endocannabinoid system? The endocannabinoid system (ECS) is gaining attention in the public eye for its role in contributing to an individual’s overall health and well-being by supporting the body’s physiological homeostasis. The ECS regulates nearly every metabolic process in the body system. A well-balanced ECS encourages favorable conditions in the body system, impacting the body’s ability to manage metabolic stress1 and may support overall health and well-being.2
I cannot personally vouch for most of the brands on Amazon currently vs. most of the merchants on our page here, but I include Amazon as a resource for the folks that are comfortable shopping via that platform. You can also find my beginners guide, The Cannabis Oil Companion on Amazon in both paperback and Kindle.  *We have been having some issues with our Amazon widget not displaying below intermittently in certain browsers, trying to troubleshoot this behavior, we apologize if this is not rendering for you.  There is also a text link to Amazon's hemp oil section listed below.

Hemp oil — obtained by pressing benefit-rich hemp seeds — is slightly different than cannabis oil, although they both come from the same genus, Cannabis, and the same species, Cannabis Sativa. The term hemp is used to describe a Cannabis Sativa plant that contains only trace amounts of THC. Hemp is a high-growing plant that’s commonly grown for industrial uses, such as oils and topical ointments, as well as fiber for clothing, construction, paper and more.
A wide variety of solvents can be used for extraction, such as chloroform, dichloromethane, petroleum ether, naphtha, benzene, butane, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, and olive oil.[2][9] Currently, resinoids are often obtained by extraction with supercritical carbon dioxide. The alcohols extract undesirable water-soluble substances such as chlorophylls and sugars (which can be removed later by washing with water). Non-polar solvents such as benzene, chloroform and petroleum ether will not extract the water-soluble constituents of marijuana or hashish while still producing hash oil. In general, non-polar cannabis extracts taste much better than polar extracts. Alkali washing further improves the odor and taste.
Although delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (known as THC) is the primary psychoactive ingredient, other known compounds with biologic activity are cannabinol, cannabidiol, cannabichromene, cannabigerol, tetrahydrocannabivarin and delta-8-THC. Cannabidiol (CBD) is thought to have significant pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory activity without the psychoactive effect of delta-9-THC. (2)

There is very little risk of intoxication from hemp oil as all forms of hemp oil come from food-grain strains of hemp. The authors of a study in the journal Cannabis and Cannabinoid Research note that food-grain strains of hemp must contain less than 0.3 percent tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). THC is the compound that causes the so-called "high" of marijuana.

CBD, or canabidiol is an amazingly useful plant compound that is extracted from the cannabis plant. With volumes of medical science now at its back, this compound has been used effectively for a wide range of needs. These particularly wide-ranging applications are the result of its being a part of the “pleiotropic sedate” group. Compounds in this group are especially unique in their ability to affect and travel along many of the typically closed atomic pathways.

As of 2017, the words CBD oil for Sale, or just simply CBD for sale were two of the most popular phrases written into Google. It seems as if everyone is looking for a great deal online, or a way to find CBD oils on sale. The thing is, you don’t have to look very far. The increase in demand over the last couple of years has driven most sellers and CBD oil companies to reduce prices and offer their products at discount rates.
These cannabinoid-rich extracts can pose risks to patients who consume them. The exact composition of different available oils is frequently unknown. They are not checked for quality by external certified laboratories for the presence of residual solvents, or contaminants such as microbes, pesticides, heavy metals or mycotoxins. The lack of standardisation of both the cannabis starting material and oils makes it impossible to fully evaluate their therapeutic effects over time and, hence, their medicinal value.
Most CBD oils are available in round-number concentrations such as 250mg, 500mg, and 1,000mg. While these strengths accommodate many CBD users, they may not be sufficient for those with preferences that fall outside round numbers. NuLeaf Naturals offers a less conventional selection of concentrations: 240mg, 725mg, 1,450mg, 2,425mg, and 4,850mg. This range ensures that most users will find a strength that works for them.
While this is true to an extent, the simple fact of the matter remains that pure CBD oil with customer-backed therapeutic qualities is a rarity in the legal hemp marketplace. The vast majority of CBD oil online (even products that are extracted with CO2 technology and "verified" with third-party lab reports), is still subpar in terms of potency, purity, and therapeutic effectiveness.
After this devastating news, the family researched cannabinoids and found that they have been shown to inhibit the growth of tumor cells in culture and in animal models by modulating key cell-signaling pathways. Her family read that cannabinoids are usually well-tolerated and do not produce the generalized toxic effects of conventional chemotherapies. The family found promise in an organization that treated several cancers with cannabis oil.

Inhaling cannabis may involve minor issues due to the combustion process, while using cannabis oil does not result in the same effects since it does not require being heated. Since its benefits can be enjoyed without smoking, the remedy is often considered for children with severe health conditions, like epilepsy. Smokers may want to consider a vaporizer for whole-plant cannabis consumption.

I have suffered from Neuropathy to both feet for about six years. The symptoms are numbness and pins and needs to the metatarsal region as well as the toes. There is also an intermittent very intense internal itching to the soles of both feet, which changes in location. I have been offered painkilling prescription drugs, but have refused these. I am very interested to learn of the benefits of Hemp/CBD Oil, and would appreciate some advice on which product you feel would most benefit my condition. Many thanks for your anticipated assistance. You may wish to reply to me by e-mail.

I am very satisfied with the one I am presently taking which meets all of the requirements stated, organically grown in the US, laboratory tested for quality etc . If anyone would like more information I’d be happy to help. Just shoot me an email at bahfriel@comcast.net. I’m a firm believer in the benefits of CBD oil and finally found one that works for me!
