...with due respect, your experience Locsta is almost precisely what happened with my....chihuahua. Degenerative disc disease, excruciating pain, prednisone worked, but couldn't keep her on it..pain killers and muscle relaxants didn't help, really thought I would have to put her down. Chi bloggers suggested CBD; gave PetReleaf a shot--like you, literally within minutes I could see the difference, in days she was pain free and now is back in charge of our world. The real key here is that with my dog, there is zero, nada, chance that there was any placebo effect...
It’s best to begin with low doses of marijuana oil, especially if you have little past experience with cannabis. Rather than taking one big dose, it’s better to take smaller doses throughout the day to gauge where your comfort level is in using marijuana oil for the first time. When you find a comfortable dose, stick with it for the first few times or until you’re ready for a heavier-hitting effect.
Topical solutions: Topical CBD products include lotions, salves and lip balms. They are meant to benefit skin,  joint and muscle health, and work when they are absorbed into the skin and through the dermal layers. CBD patches are also available for topical delivery of the compound. This allows the cannabinoids to be delivered directly to your bloodstream.

When taken to relief the symptoms of epilepsy, CBD is typically administered orally. Researchers have found that this same method of dosing may be effective in using CBD to treat social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and related conditions. Evidence also suggests that this cannabinoid could be helpful in treating the symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder.

CBD oil contains CBD (and often other active compounds) in a carrier oil. There are a number of forms of CBD oil, including softgel capsules, tinctures, and under-the-tongue sprays. Some forms of CBD oil can also be applied directly to the skin, in the form of products like creams and salves. The concentration of CBD varies from product to product.
Hello. I have stage 4 thyroid, secondary lymphoma..And many other health issues.I use 50mg of cbd vapor oil. 5 drops with each use. Total equals 250mg, about hits per dose, three times a day. I'm also on subsys, which is fentanyl. Idk about anyone but myself, but it's helped me with pain, with sleep, and in general my moods. So I dint have anything negative to say. I just hope that with time, proper diet, low dose chemo, and some other herbal usage, that I can shirk some of the cancer eating at my body... Thanks and good luck to you all.
CBD is an anticonvulsant, and some other compounds in the plant, including THC and cannabidivarin, may be too. There is good evidence from clinical trials in the US and Europe that pharmaceutical preparations of CBD can treat two severe forms of childhood epilepsy known as Dravet syndrome and Lennox-Gastaut syndrome. Both forms of epilepsy often fail to improve with existing epilepsy drugs. CBD is generally considered safe, but some trials have reported side effects including dry mouth, lightheadedness and altered liver enzyme activity.
Dear, i believe “yes” is the answer to all your questions. CBD can be mailed to all US states from what i’ve read. But since you’re a MMJ holder i would research and consider a thc/cbd tincture/ointment/topical. Whole plant constituents. Cali sells medical AND recreational products so one way or another you’ll have access to your needs. And since i’m not a medical professional please research. That’s what search engines are for. And multiple results. Also you’ll be able to review stores, products, prices. If you’re concerned with privacy, use “duckduckgo” search engine. It supposedly doesn’t invade privacy by retaining or using records.
Hi. I have been trying to get pregnant for a number of years. I am interested for the potential of cbd oil for anxiety, sleep, inflammation. However, is it safe or could it affect one negatively ttc? I guess I am still thinking about the negative affects associated with smoking pot. Same question for my husband? He doesn’t sleep well, highly anxious, and depends a bit too much on wine at night. I know that cbd can help alleviate some of this….but would it effect his sperm negatively in terms of trying to get pregnant? Thanks so much
While smoking is the number one way to use cannabis for relaxation, it has its limitations. For one, the effects only last for a couple of hours at the most. Secondly, you are limited as to where you can use it. Edibles, on the other hand, are a fantastic alternative when vaping is not possible. Edibles have been growing in popularity over the years and the increased popularity has led to an increase in variety.
I have/had ovarian/primary peritoneal cancer. I used thc/cbd oil pills I self made from the start. I am supposedly their “poster child”. I went thru with chemo and surgery. Oh that horror! But when I tried to tell two seperate doctors, the surgeon was all about it, and my oncologist threw a fit and said it was an anecdote. There are more than 100 studies at the NIH govt website.
A number of studies over the last two decades or more have reported that CBD has anti-seizure activity, reducing the severity of seizures in animal models.vi,vii In addition, there have been a number of case studies and anecdotal reports suggesting that CBD may be effective in treating children with drug-resistant epilepsy.viii,ix,x However, there have only been a few small randomized clinical trials examining the efficacy of CBD as a treatment for epilepsy; the total number of subjects enrolled in these studies was 48. Three of the four studies reported positive results, including decreased frequency of seizures. However, the studies suffered from significant design flaws, including failure to fully quantify baseline seizure frequency, inadequate statistical analysis, and a lack of sufficient detail to adequately evaluate and interpret the findings.viii Therefore, the currently available information is insufficient to draw firm conclusions regarding the efficacy of CBD as a treatment for epilepsy; a recent Cochrane review concluded, there is a need for “a series of properly designed, high quality, and adequately powered trials.”xi
Hi Kate. Yes, yes, yes, OMG I have found that it has totally supported my hormones. (I am not a doctor and I’m only sharing my experience.) If you look at the research on how the endocannabinoid system works, you will see that there are a lot of CB1 receptors in the uterus. When that system is nourished estrogen and progesterone find balance. I want to encourage you to research the endocannabinoid system. 🙂 You can also find a guide on my site that shares more information. 🙂
CBD Isolates/Concentrates: Anyone familiar with smoking hash or other cannabis concentrates like wax and BHO will be no stranger to this delivery method. Simply sprinkle some into a vaporizer or water pipe, ignite, inhale, and enjoy! We find that this option is useful for individuals looking to elevate their regular consumption of CBD-rich cannabis flowers or other smokable herbs.
