For you aspiring Bulletproof Coffee drinkers out there, this is a similar concept to the idea that you simply never get to feel several of the bioactive, wakefulness and focus-enhancing terpenoids in coffee until you have actually introduced fats and triglycerides into the coffee to help these terpenes cross your blood-brain barrier – hence the butter and coconut oil blended with the coffee.

I’m confused. There are three different links you are suggesting. First Katie says Lane uses “serenity hemp oil,” and provides the Amazon link but Lane says she uses upgraded primebody.com in response to another comment. And then later down in another comment Katie recommends solcbd.com. So, Lane could you provide the actual name of the CBD oil that you use?

I appreciate your efforts in writing this article & don’t mean to disparage you, but there’s so much information that goes into this discussion & people need to be prepared ahead of time. One very important note is to make sure that nothing in the CBD will be contraindicated with many prescription medications, especially for diabetes, hypertension, blood thinners & anti-platelets for example. If a company’s website says their formula is a “proprietary blend”, call before you buy, please!
…when the cannabinoids and terpenoids in CBD are mixed with the isolated curcuminoids of a high-curcumin containing turmeric plant, the bioavailability of the CBD absolutely explodes. This means that if you’ve used CBD oil before in the absence of a curcuminoid blend from turmeric, you probably only felt about 1/5 to 1/10 of the actual effects of the CBD, since CBD by itself is very poorly absorbed.

As of 2018, you can purchase CBD derived from the marijuana plant legally in 46 states (and 3 territories) with a prescription for medicinal usage. The laws for each state is different, especially when it comes to how much THC can legally be present in the product. The four states where marijuana-derived CBD is completely illegal include Idaho, Kansas, Nebraska and South Dakota.
Your endocrine system consists of glands throughout your body which regulate everything from energy levels to metabolism to sex drive. One major function of this system is to produce excitation in response to stress, which is of course necessary for survival, but when it gets out of hand it can be a source of excess stress. One big effect of cannabidiol in the endocrine system seems to be to protect against excess stress by reducing susceptibility to stress-induced activation in the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis. CBD significantly decreases plasma cortisol levels, and this is actually why I started using CBD in the first place – to reduce my cortisol.
Tinctures are produced by steeping cannabis flowers or isolates in a high-proof grain alcohol, then applying low heat for a significant span of time. This allows the active compounds in cannabis to infuse into the neutral spirit, much of which is then boiled off. The result is a potent liquid that delivers the effects of the cannabinoid molecules without any smoking or other form of combustion. In the growing consumer market, producers will often add carrier oils and other complementary ingredients, such as an orange oil to improve the taste of a tincture.
Simply place the CBD Vape Oil in the designated tank (cartridge), turn on the vaporizer, and smoke the CBD vapor. The great thing about taking CBD vaporized is that it works very fast. The bioavailability is very high, which means that a very large part of the CBD being used is absorbed by the body. The CBD gets into the bloodstream very fast through the absorption in the lungs.
For most people it takes about 60 grams (or about 60ml) of cannabis oil to kill most cancers. For the average person it will take about 90 days to ingest the full 60 gram treatment of cannabis oil. It is important to remember that the 60 gram/ml 90 day treatment protocol is just a recommendation and starting point.  It can take some people a longer time to finish their treatment.  (*DIRECTIONS for making cannabis oil*)
Dosing cannabis oil from Oral syringes into empty pill capsules will also allow for a patient/care-giver to dose out the cannabis oil treatment for many days in advance.  This makes it easy for a patient to keep track of how much oil that they are taking and when they take it.  It also makes it easy to add the cannabis oil treatment to any other oral medication regimen that a patient might be on. Cureyourowncancer.org has made it easy for you to get your oral syringes, empty pill capsules and now suppository molds by offering them to you in our online store.  As a special offer for reading this use discount code: TAKEoff5 to get a 5% discount off of any syringes, pill capsules, suppository mold or apparel you order through the our online store.
It’s thought that CBD might affect your health by attaching to receptors in the body’s endocannabinoid system—a complex biological system involved in maintaining certain aspects of your health. Emerging research shows that endocannabinoids may play a role in regulating such functions as memory, sleep, and mood, as well as metabolic processes like energy balance.
One 2017 study published in explored the positive effects of oral cannabis. Over the course of six months, 26 people who experienced medication overuse headaches took either ibuprofen or nabilone with oral cannabis to treat their symptoms. Each combination was used for eight weeks at a time. They also took eight weeks off in between the two combinations.
Cannabis-infused salves and topicals deliver quick pain relief and a feeling of relaxation to your muscles, without any psychoactive effects. Coconut oil infusions are a good choice for creating your own pain salves because coconut oil is a great transporter of CBD from your skin into your body’s cannabinoid receptors. Better CBD absorption means more relief for sore muscles, arthritis, and other localized pains. It also becomes as easy as adding your infused coconut oil into a non-cannabis product you already own and love!
Four drugs based on cannabis compounds are already on the market in Europe. Among them are Nabilone, a synthetic compound that mimics THC, is prescribed for nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, and Sativex, an oil that contains equal parts THC and CBD, is used to treat muscle spasms in multiple sclerosis. Both contain too much THC to administer to children. “The only medicines that are approved in the UK would get children stoned,” said David Nutt, professor of neuropsychopharmacology at Imperial College, London.
Use a water bong and a healthstone if you already have them. Place a healthstone, which is a carbon-stone patty, into your bowl and scoop some CBD oil onto the end of a dabber. Then, hold the end of the dabber just over the healthstone and light the dabber with a lighter. This will heat up the dabber so that the oil falls onto the healthstone and becomes vaporized. Light the bowl and use the water bong normally, by inhaling through the mouthpiece.[1]
The 2014 Farm Bill[76] legalized the sale of "non-viable hemp material" grown within states participating in the Hemp Pilot Program.[77] This legislation defined hemp as cannabis containing less than 0.3% of THC delta-9, grown within the regulatory framework of the Hemp Pilot Program.[78] The 2018 Farm Bill allowed for interstate commerce of hemp derived products, though these products still fall under the purview of the FDA.[79][80]

CBD may offer an option for treating different types of chronic pain. A study from the European Journal of Pain showed, using an animal model, CBD applied on the skin could help lower pain and inflammation due to arthritis. Another study demonstrated the mechanism by which CBD inhibits inflammatory and neuropathic pain, two of the most difficult types of chronic pain to treat. More study in humans is needed in this area to substantiate the claims of CBD proponents about pain control.

I recently was a guest at a medical marijuana educational event that highlighted the work of researcher Michael Backes. During his presentation he made a statement about CBD that I have never heard anywhere else that CBD is “regulating” (my word) the effects of THC. I asked the Nurse Practitioner at the event, Ivy Lou Hibbitt of Certicann.com, what he meant by that and she said it was her understanding of Michael’s comment that he takes CBD to reduce the psychoactive effects of THC. Has this property of CBD, that it can lessen psychoactive effects, ever been researched elsewhere?

Cannabis therapeutics is personalized medicine. There is no single ratio or strain or product that’s right for everyone. Optimize your therapeutic use of cannabis by finding the proper combination of CBD and THC that works best for you. A person’s sensitivity to THC is a key factor in determining the appropriate ratio and dosage of CBD-rich medicine. Many people enjoy the cannabis high and can consume reasonable amounts of any cannabis product without feeling too high or dysphoric. Others find THC unpleasant. CBD can lessen or neutralize the intoxicating effects of THC. So a greater ratio of CBD-to-THC means less of a high. In some states with medical marijuana laws, cannabis oil concentrates and other products with varying ratios of CBD:THC are available so users can adjust or minimize psychoactive effects to suit their needs and sensitivities. Those who don’t like THC have the option of healing without the high by using a CBD-rich remedy with only a small amount of THC. But a low THC remedy, while not intoxicating, is not always the most effective treatment option. In essence, the goal is to administer consistent, measurable doses of a CBD-rich remedy that includes as much THC as a person is comfortable with.

As you can see, depending on the extraction process, cannabis oil can be used in many ways. One of the more common uses for CBD cannabis oil is using it as a topical. The beauty of topicals is that they can not only be used anywhere, but they can be purchased in any state since they contain next to no THC. The main uses of topicals are to help alleviate soreness and as an anti-inflammatory. While there have been claims of it curing some forms of skin cancer, these claims are not 100% verified, so it is recommended that you still see a doctor if you have any medical concerns.
Studies using animal models of anxiety and involving healthy volunteers clearly suggest an anxiolytic-like effect of CBD. Cannabidiol has shown to reduce anxiety in patients with social anxiety disorder and researchers suggest that it may also be effective for panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, social anxiety disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.
When taken to relief the symptoms of epilepsy, CBD is typically administered orally. Researchers have found that this same method of dosing may be effective in using CBD to treat social anxiety disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, and related conditions. Evidence also suggests that this cannabinoid could be helpful in treating the symptoms of obsessive compulsive disorder.

There are two main types of cannabis oil: those that are CBD-based and THC-based. While they are both extracted from the cannabis sativa plant, the oils vary greatly. THC-based cannabis oil comes from your common strains that can be purchased at your local dispensary. Tetrahydrocannabinol, or THC, is one of the main compounds in the average cannabis flower. This compound is responsible for the euphoric feeling commonly associated with cannabis when inhaled or ingested.

So, what is the best way to use CBD oil? CBD comes in a variety of forms, such as oil, tincture, oil for vaping, sublingual spray, edibles, and topical creams, so you can choose the method that is most suitable for your use. The main idea behind all the methods of using CBD is to make sure that this cannabinoid ends up in your system in an easy manner, producing the results you want. But when it comes to choosing the right method, it depends very much on the optimal dose in your case, the results you wish to achieve, and how long you want its effects to last. So, there isn’t a general rule when it comes to using CBD products.
CBD has shown therapeutic efficacy in a range of animal models of anxiety and stress, reducing both behavioral and physiological (e.g., heart rate) measures of stress and anxiety.xxxiii, xxxiv In addition, CBD has shown efficacy in small human laboratory and clinical trials. CBD reduced anxiety in patients with social anxiety subjected to a stressful public speaking task.xxxv In a laboratory protocol designed to model post-traumatic stress disorders, CBD improved “consolidation of extinction learning”, in other words, forgetting of traumatic memories.xxxvi The anxiety-reducing effects of CBD appear to be mediated by alterations in serotonin receptor 1a signaling, although the precise mechanism remains to be elucidated and more research is needed.xxxvii

May this letter find you and your loved ones happy and healthy for without you I would not be in such an improved state of physical health? It is not often I get to put pencil to paper for not only could I not concentrate due to opiate pharmaceuticals (couldn't express oneself due to lack of cognitive thinking) but the pain, inability to get comfortable due to lymphodemia and anxiety from stress (from lack of cash flow for food, bills, medicines plus the high expense of bandages & ointments) have prevented me from making contact but ....still after this prolonged period of time, I feel it necessary to write personally to mention just how dramatically you changed the world my two children and I live in. My sister Casey Lee Smith, arrived 6 months ago from the USA to run my household and it is through "Phoenix Tears" website she was able to make contact with you and learn all about the many wondrous benefits of medicinal Cannabis oil. When the treatment arrived, I was overwhelmed for I am a single Mother and your generosity brought tears to my eyes (even now it is hard to fight tears as I write) It has been rough to say the least. Feeling helpless, overly tired and frustrated by the lack of qualified physicians in my local town. I became depressed. My ex-husband felt he should prepare the kids for my untimely death. The location of my cancer spread throughout my left quadrant into my lymph and into the brain. I became bed ridden and lost hope. I will lose my house shortly but now i know it won't be my life. So, "THANK YOU" for the gracious gift and know you are loved! Sending love to you forever and always.
According to the National Eczema Association, “Cannabinoids represent an exciting prospect for the future of AD therapy. With measurable anti-itch, anti-pain, anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory properties, the effect of cannabinoids in patients with AD has already begun to be demonstrated.” (10) Cannabinoids can be found in both cannabis oil and CBD oil.
Before we go further, let me address that unspoken question, "Will hemp oil make me high?" No, it won't. Hemp oil is pressed from the seed of the hemp plant, and this seed does not contain THC, or tetrahydrocannabinol, which is the psychoactive component of marijuana. However, because of this concern, many hemp oil suppliers provide transparent certifications to assure buyers of the lack of THC content in their products. Test Pledge is one such resource, wherein "producers and processors of hemp oil and hemp nut must commission THC tests on each and every lot of hemp nut and oil, performed by a properly accredited laboratory according to the official Health Canada protocol."

Using cannabis oil suppositories with the same dosage amounts as oral ingestion is another way that cannabis oil can be taken to treat cancer. Some people believe suppositories may get cannabis oil into your bloodstream better than orally taking the oil. To make a batch of cannabis oil suppositories you would want to start with 100 grams of cocoa butter for every 1-2 grams of cannabis oil. (YOU CAN CLICK HERE TO GET COCOA BUTTER) First you will need to melt your cocoa butter. This can be easily done by putting the cocoa butter in a stainless container and use a gentle heating device like a candle warmer to melt it.
Many people are tempted to believe that products that contain CBD only are the best, thinking that using just CBD alone is a more effective treatment. While products that contain single-molecule CBD, meaning that you won’t find any other compounds, are already provided as medicines, they are not exactly more efficient than whole plant extract CBD oil, when it comes to therapeutic effects.
Full Extract Cannabis Oil (FECO) is also known as Rick Simpson Oil. Which has THC. Therefore makes you high. It's powerful stuff. Many people get knocked out by it, yet it's effective. Depends on what you are looking to do. Nature CBD does not have THC, so there is no high. Great for during the day or work. Active compounds in Nature CBD are CBD, Curcumin, Ashwagandha, Lemon Balm, Magnesium. FECO is just THC extracted oil.
“Bulletproof coffee”, coffee with unsalted butter or coconut oil in place of cream or milk, has exploded in popularity over the past few years. It’s a staple in paleo and keto diets and many vegans enjoy the coconut oil version. Of course, mixing in cannabutter or cannabis coconut oil is a great way to get the perceived benefits of bulletproof coffee along with a healthy dose of THC. Stir into your favorite brew, or put it in the blender for a frothy morning drink.
CBD can be applied to the skin both as a cream and as a concentrate or tincture. When you apply CBD Concentrate to the skin, you do not need to apply as much as the cream because of the higher concentration of CBD. Due to its gluey texture, it will adhere very well to the skin and if the CBD oil has a dark color, it will give a stain. Just leave it on as long as possible. If necessary, you can easily remove the remaining concentrate with edible oil from the skin.
i have seen post and i have seen people going through a lot of things cause of a stigma that one doesn’t pray for but all thanks to little help i got from Dr Moises Nieto Farino who saw me through pains and make me understand that nothing is to impossible for God to do. now she is well and started her life over again at a point of breaking down. i still cant say much but God know that i am so happy I know I can’t make her stop, I have tried. When people talk about marijuana or use marijuana, they’re usually referring to tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). What’s THC? It’s the part of the hemp plant (AKA the cannabis plant) that induces a euphoric state. Or an annoying state, mildly schizophrenic state, depending on your perspective. We can at least say beyond a shadow of a doubt that it makes Family Guy episodes way, way funnier.
To get almonds from an almond tree, you can just shake the tree. To get juice from an orange, you can simply squeeze the fruit. But getting CBD oil from hemp is a much more complicated process. The cheapest and easiest ways to extract CBD oil from hemp commonly involve harsh solvents that can leave chemical residue in the CBD oil. The best, and most reliable extraction method, uses carbon dioxide (CO2) under high pressure and extremely low temperatures to pull out as much CBD as possible without introducing contaminants. Once the CO2 is no longer under intense pressure, it simply evaporates, leaving virtually no trace of extraction on the CBD oil.
I am having some major issues with major anxiety and major depression that seems to be treatment resistant. I am currently on 75mg of Zoloft, 12.5mg of Seroquel for sleep, 5 to 10 mg of Valium a day and several vitamins as well. I have tried a number of different anti depressants. Nothing seems to be helping much. Out of desperation I have been exploring other options. My question is can I use the oil with all these other meds. Clearly I can’t just stop them but am hoping if I could get the anxiety and depression under control then I could wear off the pharma meds. If you can’t answer this question could you direct me to someone who could. Thanks!!’

Most medicinals will have a strength listed in Mg (milligrams) but we’ve found it to be hard to compare with so many different product sizes and the number is usually the total for the container. Price usually goes up with the number of Mg per ounce of product. Some contain just CBD and others THC & CBD. We think that somewhere in 100-500 Mg of CBD/THC per ounce of product is a good range. Some give more but generally charge more too. Hope that helps!
Bad thing is that people remain massively uninformed about cannabis and cannabis derivatives. The average person doesn’t know what CBD is, they just equate cannabis with getting high and lazy stoner stereotypes. The gossip he speaks of then turns into gossiping about him and how he’s stoned all day, that’s why he’s so happy. I have had 100% positive effects from cbd oil. My anxiety feels like it’s under control in a healthy way for the first time in 20 years. I take 12mg 3 times daily. The only negative things about it worth mentioning are that it’s kind of pricey, and that people have noticed that I’m acting differently and are gossiping about what could have improved my mood so much https://cbdreamers.com/cbd-oil-for-anxiety-and-de…
Many a time, multiple cannabinoid compounds are used together, either knowingly or unknowingly.  It is, hence, tough to discern the extent to which each compound is involved in causing the desired effect. There are cases where a group of cannabinoids works synergistically in bringing about bodily reactions. Studies selectively employing CBD oil are few in number, but promising.
The downside of smoking, dabbing, or hitting a bong is that you’re taking smoke into your lungs. Those who choose CBD (cannabidiol) over THC do so because they are already ill. That makes polluting their lungs with a potentially-harmful substance (smoke) a non-option (even if they’re getting CBD at the same time). That’s why other options on this list are better for consuming CBD.
To get an idea of the benefits of CBD, just take a look at video of CBD oil helping with a form of childhood epilepsy called Dravet syndrome. The first use of CBD for Dravet’s syndrome was given to a patient who was having 300 seizures a week. I first talked about this video last year Is Weed Healthy? The Controversial Truth About The Science Of Marijuana…

Multiple Sclerosis is a condition in which the immune system mistakenly reacts abhorrently to healthy cells and organs. Also known as an autoimmune disease, multiple sclerosis causes reoccurring spasms and enduring pain, for those affected. Although the effect is modest, CBD oil, acting as an anticonvulsant, can help in mitigating the number of spasms caused, as well as the resulting pain.
I’m permanently bloated and have been for nearly a year. At best, I look slightly pregnant – at worst I look nearly full-term. As you can imagine, my self confidence and body image have plummeted, I can’t fit in any clothes and my social life is non existent. My diet was horrendous but, after working with a nutritionist for a year, it’s pretty much perfect now. I’ve had blood and stool tests and tried various ‘solutions’ and supplements as recommended by nutritionist – but to no avail. Most recently, I’ve tried kambo; three treatments in a lunar cycle. Again, no change whatsoever.
Start with a small dose and work your way up. If you aren’t sure how much CBD oil to consume, start with just a few milligrams per dose and work your way up to a gram or more if you need to. CBD oil works best in small amounts and can have a reverse effect if too much is consumed, so it’s best to start off with a very small amount, experiment with a little more if necessary, and make adjustments until you’ve figure out what works best for you.[5]
The dried flower or bud from the manicured, mature female plant is the most widely consumed form of cannabis in the U.S. Elsewhere in the world, extracts or concentrates of the cannabis plant are more commonly used. Concentrates are made from cannabinoid-rich glandular trichomes, which are found in varying amounts on cannabis flowers, leaves and stalks. The flowers of a mature female plant contain the most trichomes.
Specific city and county laws have been enacted to regulate how citizens and tourists may possess and consume marijuana. Penalties exist for driving while under the influence of marijuana. Someone driving under the influence of marijuana is considered impaired in both Colorado and Washington when five nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL) of blood or more of active THC is detected.

CBD is one of more than 80 active cannabinoid chemicals in the marijuana plant.ii Unlike the main psychoactive cannabinoid in marijuana, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), CBD does not produce euphoria or intoxication.iii,iv,v Cannabinoids have their effect mainly by interacting with specific receptors on cells in the brain and body: the CB1 receptor, found on neurons and glial cells in various parts of the brain, and the CB2 receptor, found mainly in the body’s immune system. The euphoric effects of THC are caused by its activation of CB1 receptors. CBD has a very low affinity for these receptors (100 fold less than THC) and when it binds it produces little to no effect. There is also growing evidence that CBD acts on other brain signaling systems, and that these actions may be important contributors to its therapeutic effects.ii
I'm reading this in disbelief. I feel kind of numb to be honest. I'm in collection for thousands because of all the medical treatments, surgeries, and travel. For nearly 8 years my wife has worked two and sometimes 3 jobs and every time I was well enough I worked two jobs trying to catch up and still we fell behind. Call it pride or stupidity, but we never asked for help of any kind. I take care of older neighbors and spend much of my free time working with disabled veterans. I feel like I've given everything I had to help others my whole life. Thank You one and all!
And of course, THC is what most recreational weed users are looking for, which is probably why botanists have figured out since the 1960’s how to increase the amount of THC from around 3% to 5% in the 1960s to as much as 28% in our current decade. So yes, it’s true that we’re not smoking the weed our parents smoked, and one draw on a typical joint these days would probably knock your mom on her ass.
