Love this product! I have the 500mg that I use 1 drop a day (every morning with my coffee). I use this to help my anxiety, I have been dealing with anxiety for over 2 years and I have tried a bunch of natural remedy’s to help. I wear an Apple Watch every day which monitors my heart rate and my heart was all over the place, from 59-190, with a week of taking the CBD oil my heart rate stays 50-80. I feel so calm, less anxious, more energy, and get such a deep sleep! Highly recommend this to anyone!! 5 starts hands down
The dosages mentioned do not take into account the strength of the tincture. I have Elixinol 300, I took 1/2 dropper (0.5ml, which offers 5mg of CBD) as indicated on the bottle and felt severely nauseous for 3 hours thereafter. There is no way I cold take this dose twice per day, as recommended on the bottle. The high dosages on this site must surely be for much weaker concentrations?
Green Roads will not refund your money, if the product has been opened. And, will not return your product, that you sent in. I had been using their product for a while, but wanted to try a higher strength for neuropathy. I had a bad reaction and decided to go back to the original strength that I had been using. HOW would a person know if the product was not right for them, if they did not try it??? They lost a customer, who uses CBD every day!
Figuring out how much CBD oil to take can feel like trying to navigate through a complicated maze. The sheer volume of CBD brands on the market can create confusion for consumers, and when you take a closer look, it’s not difficult to understand why. Not only do vendors use different source materials (CBD-rich cannabis vs. industrial hemp, different strains, etc.), but they also implement different extraction techniques .
I’ve tried other brands of CBD and wasn’t impressed at all. I decided to give one more brand a shot and tried Soul. I love love love it! I bought in hopes of it helping ease the constant low level anxiety I feel at all times. It makes me feel nervous and edgy. My Soul helped to lower that constant anxiety and tension, some days it’s almost non-existent! And by surprise it’s also helped to drastically reduce my night time teeth grinding! I’ve grinded my way through multiple mouth guards and nothing helped until I started taking Soul CBD. And when I do still grind my teeth, it’s far less frequently and waaaay less intense. The CBD has also stopped me from clenching my jaw all day. A truly high quality product that works amazing well! So grateful.
On the other hand, CB2 receptors deal with your immune system. If these receptors don’t do their work properly, then you will feel inflammation and pain in your body. Your body will also become less immune to various types of infections. There are many websites from which you can buy cannabis oil online using which you can treat yourself. This oil will work on your body receptors and will resolve all the issues and pain that you are experiencing with your body.

Stephanie, generally, I have patients take 20 to 150mg a day for sleep +/- anxiety. Start low and go slow. Know the dosages of your product. Usually 2/3 to 3/4 of the daily dose is 1-2 hours before bedtime, and the other portion is upon waking (to improve wakefulness during the day). Other factors such as stress, hormone replacement, other meds & medical conditions, etc. play a role along with individual differences. I own a compounding pharmacy, so we see a lot of unique needs. I can't give more specific advice in this forum, but there is help!
We all know of Charlotte’s Web; the miracle strain that is packed with a high concentration of CBD. The Charlotte’s Web Cannabis Strain was named after Charlotte Figi, who suffers from Dravet syndrome and was experiencing several seizures daily until the Stanley Brothers came up with this powerful strain. Since then, Charlotte’s web has been morphed into various products, including their famous Charlotte’s Web CBD oil.
