Moreover, a patient survey conducted by Project CBD, declared that “…cannabis appears to be an effective pain management tool with few negative side effects.” The study went on to say that a “…significant decrease in opiate usage among elderly patients while taking medical cannabis [was observed during trial].” In short, it has been portrayed clearly numerous times through valid and well-publicized clinical studies that cannabis is a practical option in terms of efficient pain management.
I’ve tried other brands of CBD and wasn’t impressed at all. I decided to give one more brand a shot and tried Soul. I love love love it! I bought in hopes of it helping ease the constant low level anxiety I feel at all times. It makes me feel nervous and edgy. My Soul helped to lower that constant anxiety and tension, some days it’s almost non-existent! And by surprise it’s also helped to drastically reduce my night time teeth grinding! I’ve grinded my way through multiple mouth guards and nothing helped until I started taking Soul CBD. And when I do still grind my teeth, it’s far less frequently and waaaay less intense. The CBD has also stopped me from clenching my jaw all day. A truly high quality product that works amazing well! So grateful.
I have a slightly bulging disc in my back that has been causing neuropathy in my left leg for years. I’ve had several rounds of trigger point injections; see a physical therapist regularly, and lately a chiropractor as well. The next step for me would be to try an epidural pain block. Several of my other doctors are big proponents of the “inflammation as a cause of disease” theory and have really encouraged me to do things to reduce inflammation. Omega-3 fatty acids in particular help with this (as most Americans consume a poor ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 which can increase inflammation.) Hemp products contain phytocannabinoids, a substance that can help decrease pain and inflammation. This is full spectrum hemp oil derived from hemp seeds—meaning it contains all of the phytocannabinoids and not just one in particular. This is NOT CBD (cannabidiol) oil, although based on my research it likely contains low levels of CBD. CBD is the substance produced from hemp flowers (a plant with little to no THC—the substance that causes a high) (or marijuana flowers—a plant in the same family with significant THC) that is widely known to have medicinal purposes in pain relief, stopping seizures, etc.
Hi I've had rsd over 25 years now and in stage 3 I take cbd I'mor nong 6 weeks now and it's helped tons w my depression, sleep, constipation as well as energy. I take 2 drops under tounge every morning and Rick spson oil 3 xs day. It's bern beyond life changing for me look into the rs oil w the cbd. It works.. I still take 1 opiad a day have taken 2 a day only 3 times in almost 2 months when I was in bad flare ..
I tried the CBD oil that comes from hemp cause that’s all that’s legal where I live and was really hoping it would help with my back pain but it does absolutely nothing. Might as well have bought a bottle of vegetable oil & saved $150. I think it’s the THC that’s in medical marijuana that offers true pain relief, looking forward to it being legal across the country not just in 30 states.
To be clear, there is no one specific test, scan, or anything else of the sort that you can do to determine whether or not you need CBD oil for pain. Also, since cannabis is not yet recognized by the FDA, you unfortunately can’t really go to your doctor either and have them recommend it; until marijuana is FDA-approved, it cannot be prescribed by physicians.
I really love Soul CBD! I had never looked at CBD before for my anxiety but was drawn to it from the research I did and hearing Angie talk about it so much. It’s my first brand and will be the ONLY brand I use. I wondered if it was a really working when I started with 500mg and kept using it. Then I got two confirmations for me. 1) I can fly calmly again! I used to get heavy anxiety when I flew and I took this prior to a cross country trip and not a speck of anxiety creeped up. However, my favorite confirmation was when I took it after being on a trip and forgetting my anti depressants. When I forget them, I get the worst withdrawal symptoms, from feeling like I was in a tunnel to dizziness and nausea. I reached for my Soul CBD (not thinking it would help but hey I had nothing else to try) and the symptoms were CUT IN HALF! I worked with my doctor (this is a MUST) and I went from 2 pills a day to 1 pill every other day as we are weening me off of them. Thanks to Soul CBD I don’t need to put harsh chemicals into my body with crazy side effects. I literally tear up every time I take it, I was against medication from the beginning and now I have proof that I don’t need it to help me!!! Thank you Soul CBD, customer for life!!!!
We all know of Charlotte’s Web; the miracle strain that is packed with a high concentration of CBD. The Charlotte’s Web Cannabis Strain was named after Charlotte Figi, who suffers from Dravet syndrome and was experiencing several seizures daily until the Stanley Brothers came up with this powerful strain. Since then, Charlotte’s web has been morphed into various products, including their famous Charlotte’s Web CBD oil.
I suffer from Fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, osteoporosis, arthritis, and 66 yeas of wear and tear. I was overwhelmed by the endless varieties of hemp oil even after reading all the product info, so I chose to go with Amazon’s pick.this has a subtle mint flavor and within 2days, I was seeing a reduction in pain, better mood, and improvements in my brain fog. They have a loyal customer now. Even the headache I have had for 6 months since being put on Gabapentin is gone which means I no longer take Advil like tic tacs!
Not only are we all made differently, we each have our own unique history with the use of substances, medications, supplements, and other things we put in our body. Because of this, we all have different body chemistry, and this will affect how our body reacts to CBD. As R.R Noall over at Herb puts it, “what works for your friend, may not work for you.”
